Refund Policy

At Riddell Media, we are committed to providing high quality wedding videography services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued. 

1 Booking Fee 

All booking fees are non-refundable. 

The booking fee secures your date and covers the initial administration and planning costs.

2 Cancellation by the Couple

If the Couple cancels more than 30 days prior to the wedding date, any payments made (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) will be refunded. If the couple cancels within 30 days of the wedding date, the full balance remains

payable and no refund will be issues.

3 Rescheduling

If the Couple wishes to reschedule, the booking fee will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability. 

If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the refund policy above will apply.

4 Cancellation by Riddell Media 

In the unlikely event that Riddell Media must cancel due to illness, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances,

a full refund of all payments paid, including the booking fee will be issued. Where possible, Riddell Media will assist

in arranging an alternative videographer.

5 Delivery & Editing 

Refunds are not available once filming has taken place and editing has commenced, except in the event of total

failure to deliver the agreed services. Minor variation in editing styles, shot selection, or artistic choices are not

grounds for a refund.

6 Technical Limitations 

No refunds will be issued for issues outside of our control, such as poor weather, venue restrictions, interferences

from guests or background noises.

7 Australian Consumer Law 

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy

if services are not supplied with the due care and skill. or if they fail to meet the terms of the agreement.
