Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Riddell Media "The Videographer" and the Client "The Couple" for wedding videogrpahy services. By booking with us, you agress to the following:
1 Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due within 14 days after the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dates are reserved on a first-come first served basis once the booking fee is received.

2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
If the couple cancels, the booking fee is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding date, the full balance is still payable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

3 Coverage & Creative Control
Riddell Media will make every effort to capture important moments, but cannot guarantee coverage of every guest or event. Editing style, music selection (licensed) and final presentation are at the Videographer's discretion to maintain consistent quality and artistic style. The couple may provide input, however final creative control rests within the Videographer.

4 Delivery & Edit Review
The final edited films will be delivered within 8 - 12 weeks after the wedding date. The couple has 7 days from the delivery to request any minor adjustments to the edit (e.g. Shots swaps, colour adjustments, etc.) Requests after this period may incur additional editing fees. Digital delivery is standard. USBs or other formats may be available for an additional fee.

5 Rights & Usage
Riddell Media retains full copyright of all footage. The couple is granted a personal licence to use and share the films for private, non-commercial purposes.Riddell Media may use clips for promotional purposes (websites, social media, portfolio) unless the Couple requests otherwise in writing prior to the wedding date.

6 Technical Limitations & Liability
Riddell Media will take all reasonable care, but cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, interference from guests, equipments failure or unforeseen events etc.) In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or cancellation by Riddell Media, liability is limited to a full refund of payments paid.

7 Drone Usage
Drone footage is subject to weather, safety and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations. It is not guaranteed.

8 Agreement
By paying the booking fee, the Couple confirms they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
